Currently, there is a 30 Day Conditioning Challenge led by Coach Donald Stroganoff.

"OK Nation of Tumblers I have a 30 Day Conditioning Challenge for all the athletes out there following the site and the ones I have been working with directly. I will post a conditioning exercise every couple of days that you need to do once daily. When I post a new exercise you need to do add it to the prior ones. So by the end of the month you will doing a complete list of conditioning to follow after the month is over. After you complete your conditioning for the day I want you to message me "I Did MY Conditioning". At the end of the month I will put all posts in a hat and draw one. I will message the winner and get details to send you one of our gym T-shirts. So the more you do the better your chances."

Strength and flexibility are integral parts of gaining new skills as a tumbler and Coach Don's program emphasizes just that.
