How to Create the Perfect Cat Eye
I have to admit, the dramatic cat eye is not my everyday look. I am always envious of when I see someone with the perfect cat eye. I struggle myself to create a flawless dramatic cat eye look.
I found two great methods to create a perfect cat eye. The first is using a sharp black felt tip eyeliner to draw the fine lines needed to create this look, the second method is using an eyeliner template and filling it in with a waterproof gel eyeliner. For all the experts out there here some tips to create the perfect cat eye using a liquid felt tip eyeliner free hand and a stencil for more control.

METHOD 1:
What you will need:
Black Waterproof Felt Tip Eyeliner
Steps to the Perfect Cat Eye:
To create your eyeliner wing, draw a line starting from the last lash outwards. You can now decide the length & angle to your eye liner. Enhance the cat eye look by getting cat eye style lash extensions from a top rated eyelash salon in Springfield Missouri.
After drawing your wing, draw a line back to your upper lash line. This should create an empty triangle on your upper lid. To make you eyeliner thick, draw a bigger triangle, ending at the middle part of your lash line. For a more subtle look, draw a small triangle that finishes in your outer corner.
METHOD 2:
What you will need:
Black Waterproof Gel Eyeliner
An Angled Eyeliner Brush
Step 1:
Make and eyeliner stencil using card stock or a sheet of plastic so you can reuse it. Cut the stencil in the cat eye shape you want.
Step 2:
Hold the stencil flush with your eyelash.
Step 3:
Fill in the angle with your gel eyeliner using your eyeshadow brush.
Step 4:
Using your angled eyeliner brush, complete the eyeliner and wing.
Always remember:
Never ask a girl with winged eyeliner why she is late.
